We at Dear Doctor have a passion for patient education. It’s an ethos that comes directly from our founders, Dr. Mario Vilardi and Dr. Garry Rayant. These two dental specialists believe that patients need not only comprehensive care, but also comprehensive information to make the best possible healthcare decisions—for themselves, their children and elderly family members.

In 2006, Dr. Vilardi and Dr. Rayant launched Dear Doctor–Dentistry & Oral Health, a patient-education magazine available in dental offices nationwide and on the web. Since then, Dear Doctor has grown to become the leading source for trusted, patient-friendly dental information across all media platforms.
