Professor of Anesthesiology, Rheumatology and Psychiatry
Dr. Daniel Clauw received his medical degree in 1985 from the University of Michigan, where he is currently Professor of Anesthesiology, Rheumatology and Psychiatry as well as Director of the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center. His research interests include fibromyalgia, temporomandibular disorders and other pain conditions. Dr. Clauw has authored more than 300 peer-reviewed publications, has been the Principal Investigator of more than $100M in external grant funding, and has received many awards for his group’s paradigm-shifting work in chronic pain.
