Daniel M. Laskin, DDS, MS

Dr. Daniel M. Laskin graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He earned a master's degree in oral pathology from the University of Illinois and completed an Oral Surgery residency at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, IL. Dr. Laskin has served as president of both the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has published over 900 research articles and authored or co-authored 16 books. His university teaching appointments include his current position as professor and chairman emeritus, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, School of Dentistry, Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also clinical advisor to the TMJ Association, a patient-advocacy group.
