David T.W. Wong, DMD, DMSc is the Felix and Mildred Yip Endowed Professor in Dentistry, Associate Dean of Research, Professor of Oral Biology & Medicine, and Director of the Dental Research Institute at the UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981 and his Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc) degree in Molecular Biology from Harvard University in 1985. He writes extensively on his research in salivary diagnostics.
