Victoria Ho received her MS in Nutrition from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her dietetic internship at Tufts Medical Center's Frances Stern Nutrition Center, and received her AB in Biochemical Sciences with honors from Harvard University. She is a nutrition and food writer who develops targeted wellness and nutrition programs and strategies for companies, families, and individuals.
