Dr. Ross' passion for excellence in dental care has for more than twenty years provided comprehensive dental healthcare with a personal touch to the communities of Bethany, Woodbridge, Cheshire, Hamden, Prospect, Oxford, Seymour, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck and New Haven. He received his dental degree from the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1981 and was class President. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Ross was a Trident submarine systems design engineer with Electric Boat, receiving his degree in mechanical engineering from City College CUNY in New York City. He remains very involved with numerous dental societies including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, being a delegate to the Connecticut State Dental Association, and is a Past President of the New Haven Dental Association. He
remains active on the state level to help improve dental care programs. Dr. Ross is committed to local organizations including being Treasurer of the Bethany Lions Club, a member of the Elks Club of Hamden, and sponsors the Connecticut food bank as well as other civic organizations. He has served as Chairman of District Animal Control and Bethany Board of Tax Review.
Dr. Ross and the staff of Health Centered Dentistry are committed to treating the patient as they themselves would like to be treated - with respect for their patient's time and respect for their patient's needs. They understand that time is a valuable commodity, so they schedule an appropriate amount of time to make sure that patients are seen on time with no waiting. Adequate time makes each appointment be more relaxed, comfortable and insures the high quality of the work.
